Terms of Service

Trust us, we didn't want to write these terms just as much as you don't want to read them. However, we have been in the wedding business a long time, and we needed to make this to protect both you and us in the event of any unprecedented situations! We want your wedding to be as perfect, friendly, and seamless as possible. However, you can't sugarcoat contracts. These terms of service were made to be as straightforward as possible, for you to fully understand and receive them. Please don't allow the straightforward-ness of these terms distract you from the kind, quality services we provide to make you the happiest on your happiest day!

The Grand Entrance Wedding Chapel reserves the right to decline service to anyone. The Grand Entrance Wedding Chapel is not responsible for lost/stolen items on our property. If you have lost something, call or text us! We may have found it!

The Grand Entrance Wedding Chapel or any of its affiliates legally cannot obtain your marriage license for you. By Florida State Law, you AND your partner must go to a Florida clerk of court together at the same time to obtain your marriage license. By making a deposit, you understand that failure to obtain your marriage license prior to your ceremony does not entitle you to a refund, reschedule without a new deposit, or any form of compensation on behalf of Grand Entrance Wedding Chapel or Chaplain On Demand, LLC.

When booking your wedding, you will need to make a deposit. By booking a wedding, you understand that if a deposit is not made, your slot is not formally saved and may be booked by another couple.

Once you book your wedding package, you cannot downgrade your package. You must proceed forth with the originally booked service. If you cannot proceed with the chosen wedding package, you may cancel your wedding. If the cancellation is within the "non-refundable" timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited. After cancellation, you may then choose to pay another deposit to reschedule for the downgraded service, but the downgraded service cannot always be booked on the same date or time as the original service.

REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING

When booking your wedding, you are required to make a deposit. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, here are our policies for deposit payments.

Grand Entrance Wedding Package

Full Refund 90+ Days in Advance

Holiday / Offsite Weddings:

No Refunds.

- Please note: Even if you are booking within the non-refundable timeframe,

your deposit is still non-refundable.

Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time with your marriage license and your IDs. If you arrive late, it will cut into your time in the bridal suite / groom room. The 1-hour usage of the bridal suite and groom room begins right at the time of your booking, whether you and your wedding party are present or not. After 30 minutes, your wedding will need to be cancelled with no deposit refund or reuse in order to timely accommodate the couple after you. You will need to pay another deposit to reschedule.

By making a deposit, both parties agree to these terms of service.

The Grand Entrance Wedding Chapel reserves the right to refuse further service to no-call, no-shows, including rescheduling and refunding.
